Description
Features
- Professional-grade construction: Thicker-walled Type L copper provides added durability for long-term residential heating applications.
- Premium components: High-quality brass valves, fittings, air-management components, controls, and circulation equipment are selected for dependable system operation.
- Professionally preassembled: Major panel components are mounted and piped before shipment, minimizing field assembly and eliminating panel-side soldering.
- Independent zone circulation: Includes 1 dedicated circulation pump for individual temperature control and balanced heat delivery.
- Integrated system protection: Includes pressure monitoring, pressure relief, air separation, automatic air venting, backflow prevention, and pressure-reducing fill components.
- Pressure tested before shipment: Each completed panel is tested as part of FloorHeat’s quality-control process.
- Glycol compatible: Designed for properly configured glycol or non-glycol hydronic systems.
- Compact wall-mounted design: Organizes key system components on a 32.5-inch-wide by 44-inch-tall steel backplate.
- S.-based technical support: FloorHeat can assist with system planning, layout questions, and installation guidance.
Simplify a premium residential radiant heating installation with the FloorHeat Professional Series 1-zone Hydronic Radiant Heat Distribution and Control Panel. Designed and professionally assembled in Lansing, Michigan, this panel consolidates the major circulation, air-management, fill, safety, and control components of a hydronic radiant system into one organized wall-mounted assembly.
The Professional Series is distinguished by its durable construction. Its 1-inch piping is made from thicker-walled Type L copper, and the panel uses premium valves, fittings, and hydronic components selected for reliable long-term performance. The organized layout also keeps important service points visible and accessible, supporting easier system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
This 1-zone model uses 1 dedicated circulation pump so each heating zone can operate independently when connected to the appropriate thermostats, manifolds, heat source, and controls. The panel supports 1/2-inch and 5/8-inch PEX distribution systems. With properly selected manifolds and system design, each zone can support up to 10 loops of 1/2-inch PEX at lengths up to 300 feet per loop, or up to 8 loops of 5/8-inch PEX at lengths up to 400 feet per loop.
Because the panel arrives preassembled and pressure tested, field work is reduced primarily to mounting the panel; connecting the boiler or other compatible heat source, supply and return piping, manifolds, make-up water, and electrical controls; and commissioning the system. Final system sizing, water temperature, flow, boiler capacity, electrical connections, and code compliance must be verified for the specific project.
