Modular Control Panel System
Build Your Radiant Heating System One Zone at a Time
The FloorHeat Modular Control Panel System gives you complete flexibility to design your hydronic radiant system exactly how you want it—without paying for components you don’t need.
Start with a single zone and expand anytime. Add panels as your project grows. Keep everything clean, organized, and easy to service.
A Smarter Way to Build Radiant Heat Systems
Unlike traditional pre-assembled panels, this modular system lets you build your system piece by piece:
- Add only the zones you need
- Expand later without reworking your system
- Keep everything accessible and easy to service
Perfect for homeowners, remodels, and phased installations.
How it Works
The system is made up of three simple components. Click a panel to learn more about each component:
Master Control Panel
The foundation of your system.
Includes:
- Air separator
- Expansion tank
- Automatic fill & backflow prevention (Taco Combi)
- Primary loop connections
This panel manages system pressure, air removal, and overall operation.
Zone Pump Panels
One panel per heating zone.
Includes:
- Circulator Pump
- Isolation Valves
- Supply & return connections aligned with the master panel
Panels mount side-by-side and connect directly across for a clean, straightforward install.
Control Relay Panels
Matches your number of zones.
Includes:
- Pre-mounted relay
- Integrated outlet box
- Plug-and-play connections for pumps
Simplifies wiring and keeps your system organized.
Start Small.
